Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day guarantee, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility For Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

- Be returned with all original parts, accessories, and components

- Be in good working condition

- Include proof of purchase (order number)

If the product is returned damaged due to misuse, missing key parts, or not in working condition, the return may be declined or a partial refund may apply.

How To Start A Return

To start a return, contact our support team through our Contact page with:

- Your order number

- The item(s) you want to return

- The reason for return (optional but helpful)

If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return address.

 

Return Shipping Costs

- Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item: We cover return shipping and will make it right.

- Not The Right Fit / Change Of Mind: You cover return shipping to our warehouse.

We do not offer pickup services. Return shipping must be arranged by the customer unless it’s a confirmed quality issue.

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

- Gift cards

- Final sale / clearance items (if marked as such)

- Items returned with missing essential components

- Items that show clear misuse or intentional damage

 

Exchanges

If you want a different item, the fastest option is:

- Return the current item (after approval), then

- Place a new order for the replacement.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Banks/payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
